  Only Pizza Place in Town Freshly made fantastic Pizza Good Bar

  Placed two orders for pickup - Chicken Salad sandwich with fries & gravy & Mozza Sticks - both were disgusting & I had to fight for a partial refund. $17.75 order - offered $5.00 because some had been eaten I live in Thorsby - two blocks from the restaurant. I was told the order would be ready in 20 minutes - picked it up in 15. I ate some of one half sandwich; but when I bit into the second I got a mouthful of grizzle. The fries were rubbery - like they were left over & the gravy was cold, salty & lumpy. The Mozza Sticks were my husband's order - he ate 3 of them - they tasted like they were done in the oven not deep fried like you'd expect Mozza Sticks to be. I returned the food to the restaurant no more than 15 minutes after picking it up. The lady that served me asked what was wrong - told her the food was disgusting. She said she wouldn't be able to refund me - that she'd have Jerry - the owner call me. I convinced her to call him & after waiting 15 min - I was offered a measly $5.00 of my $17.75; because I'd eaten some of the food. I would have had to have eaten some of the sandwich to be able to tell there was grizzle; the fries to say they were rubbery; the gravy salty cold & lumpy. My husband had to have eaten some of the Mozza Sticks to say they tasted like they were done in the oven If I could give no stars I would.
